Mina Ebrahimi Took a Palatable Passion to a Successful Business

Giving back, whether it’s to her employees, the community, or the fabulous foods she so passionately prepares; Mina Ebrahimi is a role model for women entrepreneurs. Mina took a passion for cooking and turned it into a successful full service catering business.

Mina’s passion for cooking and delivering delicious delicacies began at an early age. At eleven Mina began working in her parent’s bakery, located in Seven Corners, VA. It was there that she honed in on more than her cooking talents, she learned the value of impeccable customer service, a skill that has become the cornerstone of her business. Mina continued to run her parents business Saint Germain Café until the young age of 26 when she then branched out and began her own catering business, Saint Germain Catering, located in Vienna, VA.

Saint Germain Catering launched specializing in corporate catering, weddings and special events. Mina’s commitment to customer service and fine foods allowed her to quickly transform Saint Germain into a full service catering business, now employing 32 full time staff. The rapid expansion of her business is a testimony of her dedication to her staff and her customers.

Whether looking to cater a small lunch or a dazzling ballroom banquet Saint Germain Catering has been the premier catering company for locals. Stream Energy: Time to Make a Difference

Stream Energy is a company that hires freelance contractors to spread the word about their business. Contractors work hard to help clients by understanding their needs and matching them to the products and services that are best for them. Freelancers earn a commission for each new sale they obtain. Another part of the freelancer’s duty is to participate in events sponsored by Stream Cares that aim to enhance the quality of life for the homeless, and displaced individuals in the community. It is essential to understand the difference that Stream Energy is making in the community.

For one, Texas does not have a good reputation for being generous. Stream has already changed that as they have increased the generosity rating of the state. Stream can be considered first responders to natural disasters. For example, when Hurricane Harvey hit Houston Texas, it dumped more than 50 inches of rain leaving many of the residents displaced. Stream Energy was one of the first companies to take a stand and provide funding to help recover amidst the aftermath. They also partner with other organizations to help them reach their ultimate goal of giving to the needy. Stream also monitors homelessness rates to ensure that they are doing all that they can to help those people who are without homes. In 2016, when multiple tornadoes hit North Texas on the day after Christmas, many homes and businesses were lost. Stream partnered with the Salvation Army to raise money to help the community regain everything that they lost.

The fundraiser was successful and raised thousands of dollars. To add to the success of it, Stream matched the funds so that they could double the reach of the effort    t. Another example of Stream Energy’s contribution to society are the events that they sponsor. Every year, they partner with the Hope Supply Co., which is an organization that gives homeless families supplies that they need to assist them through their dire circumstance. They sponsor a Splash for Hope event which gives homeless children an all-expense paid day at the local water park. Stream Energy pays entrance and meal fees for over 1000 children. Overall, Stream Energy is making a positive difference in the lives of the less fortunate.
