Goettl Air Conditioning was founded in 1939 by Adam and Gust Goettl. In 2013 the company was purchased by Ken Goodrich, who has a family history in air conditioning. Today the company has offices in four cities in the United States.

Goettl Air Conditioning offer a full set of HVAC services for residential and commercial customers. Among the services and equipment they offer is air conditioning, heating, and Commercial HVAC systems. Additionally the perform air quality services which includes cleaning out air ducts. A number of contaminants can build up in an air duct system such as pet dander, dust, and insect droppings which will get blown into the home and greatly decrease its air quality. In addition to cleaning out air ducts Goettl Air Conditioning can also install equipment to keep the ducts and air clean such as air cleaners and UV Germicidal Lights.

Another service they perform is energy efficiency services. The company’s Air Energy Efficiency experts will run a blower door test to determine how leaky a home is, and will determine what can be done to seal the home up tighter. This can include fixing leaky windows, putting in more insulation, duct sealing, and other home repairs. The goal is to reduce the customers energy costs caused by heating and/or cooling the home.

Goettl Air Conditioning operates in four markets; Las Vegas, Phoenix, Tuscon, and in the state of California. The company had actually left the Las Vegas market during the 2007 recession, but after purchasing the company Ken Goodrich opened an office there in 2016. In order to expand their Las Vegas market quickly they also bought Moore Air Conditioning in 2016. With this purchase the company is poised to be the largest residential air conditioning servce in the area and expects it to lead to an increase of 50% in business for 2017.
